Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. The customer pays the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a refund,  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. In the case of damaged items upon delivery, please get in touch right away to speed up the refund and replacement process. We want to make the refund process as smooth as possible, so time is a crucial factor.

Damages and issues.
When you receive your order, it's important to inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away. We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions, non-returnable, and non-refundable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
